A square-plan hollow brick, cut, incised and glazed so that the concentric rectangular openings echo the notched frame of a Frank Stella painting seen at the Glass House — where the frame's notches determined the concentric lines inside it. Here the openings stay close to the size and spacing of that source, the most faithful of the three Stella pieces to the original painting.

Slip-cast, then cut and assembled by hand. Shown in Blue Cloud on a tan clay body. An E26 socket on top holds the shade light; a G9 socket sits inside the base.

This piece is designed for small production runs.
