I create functional sculptures that explore architectural phenomena in ceramic through methodically altered geometric forms. I use precision tools to transform slip-cast pieces into objects that balance modernist clarity with human touch. Influenced by New York's energetic grid environment, my work is a conversation between utility and contemplation, inviting viewers to discover the dialogue between interior and exterior as everyday objects become meaningful touchstones in the home.

About the Studio
Get to Know Us
This studio focuses on ceramic objects that explore the relationship between architecture, light, and form. The work moves between functional design and sculpture, with lamps, vessels, and experimental pieces developed through an ongoing process of material exploration.
Each piece is created in the studio with careful attention to structure, surface, and the way light interacts with ceramic material.
The Artist
With an approach influenced by architecture and design, the work investigates how form, geometry, and surface interact within everyday objects. Many pieces are hand-built, allowing for more architectural structures and layered surfaces than traditional wheel-thrown ceramics.
Through carving, glazing, and experimentation with different construction methods, each object develops its own character while remaining part of a broader exploration of ceramic form.
