Oregano Stars Sconce
A rectangle-plan hollow brick, mounted to the wall and marked with a scatter of six-pointed star-shaped incisions across the face — distributed without a grid. Unlit, they read as surface marks. Lit from inside, each one becomes a point of light.
Slip-cast, then scored and finished by hand. Shown in Oregano glaze on a white stoneware body. Available in any glaze currently in the studio.
This piece can be made in multiples.
