A cylindrical base, left unglazed, cut with openings inspired by Louis Kahn's Bangladesh National Parliament Building — the same logic of deep, deliberate punctures used to bring light through thick walls. Sold as the base only; pair with a fabric shade of your choosing.
Slip-cast, then cut and assembled by hand. Tan clay body, unglazed. An E26 socket on top holds the shade light.
